Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Ameri Propane services or website (www.AmeriPropane.com). These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, provided by Ameri Propane, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services. 

1. Services Provided

Ameri Propane, LLC acts as a contracted sales team of a broker, connecting customers with AmeriGas (our supplier) for:

  • Bulk propane delivery for residential, commercial, agricultural, and industrial use.

  • Tank installation and related services (where available).

  • Customer support via phone ‪+1 (267) 726-5270 or ameripropanellc@gmail.com. We do not store, deliver, or transport propane and reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice.

2. Order Placement and Payment

Orders are placed via phone. Payment options include:

  • Single Payment: Full amount due upon order confirmation to initiate delivery.

  • Two-Step Payment: Initial payment due upon confirmation, final payment due before delivery. Payments are processed securely via (PCI DSS-compliant) over the phone or through authorized card charges, never via website or third-party links. Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information (last 4 digits only recorded) during the call, submitted via for approval. 

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery begins only after full payment (single or two-step) is processed, fulfilled by AmeriGas. Estimated timelines are provided post-payment via mobile text. Schedules may change due to supplier availability, weather, road conditions, or supply chain issues. Ameri Propane is not liable for delays beyond our control. Customers must ensure tank accessibility and NFPA 58/DOT (49 CFR Part 172) compliance; unavailability without notice may incur redelivery fees. 

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refer to our Refund and Disputes Policy at www.ameripropane.refund. Key points:

  • No cancellations or refunds are permitted after payment is collected and processed (single or initial payment).

  • All payments, including service facilitation fees and amounts due to AmeriGas, are non-refundable once processed, regardless of scheduling or delivery status.

  • Two-step payment orders follow the same no-refund policy, with initial and final payments non-refundable upon processing.

5. Dispute Policy

Disputes must be submitted in writing at our company email within 14 days of transaction or delivery. Contact us at ‪+1 (267) 726-527, before initiating chargebacks to resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks for valid orders are a breach of these Terms, contested with calls texts, receipts, and proof of delivery. Customers initiating disputes without prior communication may be denied future services, with legal action or collection agency referral possible.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete information.

  • Use services and communication via mobile call/text lawfully.

  • Not resell propane without written consent.

  • Comply with NFPA 58 and DOT regulations for safe storage and use. Failure to comply may result in service termination and liability. 

7. Limitation of Liability

Ameri Propane, LLC, as a broker, is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from service use or delays.

  • Losses from customer misuse or non-compliance with NFPA 58/DOT standards.

  • Damages by AmeriGas or third-party delivery personnel. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific order. 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.ameripropane.com (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Ameri Propane, LLC. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission. 

9. Privacy

Your data is protected per our Privacy Policy page, covering collection and usage rights. 

10. Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes unresolved within 30 days will be resolved through binding arbitration in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, via the American Arbitration Association (AAA), with each party bearing its own costs unless otherwise awarded.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, posting changes at Terms & Conditions section with a new Effective Date. Significant updates will be notified via email or mobile text. Continued use constitutes acceptance. 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Ameri Propane, LLC, its officers, and agents harmless from claims, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your non-compliance with NFPA 58, DOT regulations, or these terms.
